Get maximum versatility from one compact thermal platform with the DNT Optics HS225 HYDRA. Designed to perform multiple roles in the field, the HS225 can be configured as a dedicated standalone thermal scope, thermal clip-on, or handheld thermal monocular.
At the heart of the HS225 is a 256×192 thermal sensor with a 12μm pixel pitch paired with a 25mm objective lens. DNT's Image Super Resolution (ISR) technology enhances image detail and helps provide a clearer thermal image, while the 1024×768 Micro-OLED display provides a crisp viewing experience.
With 3× base magnification and digital magnification up to 12×, the HS225 gives users the flexibility to scan, identify, and observe targets across a variety of environments.
Three Devices in One
The HYDRA's multi-function design allows you to adapt your setup to the situation. Use it as a standalone thermal scope when you want a dedicated thermal platform, configure it as a clip-on with compatible daytime optics, or remove it from the rifle and use it as a handheld monocular for thermal scanning and observation.
The included QDM150 Quick Detach Mount makes transitioning between configurations convenient.
Built for demanding outdoor use, the HYDRA features a CNC-machined 6061 aluminum housing, IP67 weather-resistant construction, and recoil resistance rated up to .50 BMG / 800Gs.
The HS225 also includes 32GB of internal storage, allowing you to capture footage from your time in the field. Built-in Wi-Fi and DNT App connectivity provide additional options for viewing and managing content from a compatible mobile device.
Powered by an interchangeable flat-top 18650 battery, the HS225 provides a practical power system for extended field use and also supports external power through USB-C.
