MDT Field Stock

Upgrade your factory rifle with the MDT Field Stock, a modern rifle stock that combines the familiar handling of a traditional stock with the adjustability and stability of a precision rifle chassis.

The Field Stock uses a precisely machined aluminum V-block bedding system to securely support the rifle action and minimize movement during firing. Combined with a free-floating barrel design, this solid bedding platform helps provide the consistency needed for hunting, competition, and recreational long-range shooting.

Its overmolded polymer body is lightweight, comfortable to carry, and warmer to the touch than exposed metal in cold conditions. The traditional stock shape also makes the rifle comfortable to handle during long days in the field.

Adjustable for a More Repeatable Shooting Position

An adjustable cheek riser helps position your eye consistently behind the scope, while the included length-of-pull spacers allow the stock to be adjusted from 13.5 to 14.5 inches. These adjustments help shooters establish a comfortable and repeatable position when aiming and firing.

Ready for the Field or Range

The M-LOK-compatible forend provides space for accessories such as bipods, rails, and other shooting equipment. Sling swivel studs are included on both the forend and buttstock, allowing the rifle to be configured for carrying in the field.

Installation is straightforward. Place the compatible action into the Field Stock and secure it using two screws, without requiring complicated gunsmithing.

Magazine and Compatibility Information

Magazine compatibility depends on the selected action. Supported centerfire configurations use the magazine pattern or magazine length listed for their corresponding action. Savage MKII, Tikka T1x, Ruger 10/22, CZ 457, and CZ 455 configurations use factory rimfire magazines.

CZ 457 and CZ 455 configurations require an 18-inch or longer barrel. The Winchester XPR Short Action configuration is not compatible with .223 Remington or .350 Legend.
