typographical errors, pricing mistakes, inventory errors, product description mistakes, and checkout errors. If an order is
affected by an error, we may contact you for approval before processing, cancel the order, or refund the affected amount.

8. Shipping and Delivery

and are not guaranteed. Harts Gun & Optics is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect shipping
addresses, failed delivery attempts, refused shipments, package theft after delivery scan, or delays caused by

address provided, the order may be cancelled and refunded, less any nonrefundable costs allowed by law.

checks, shipping limits, and other legal controls.

Products sold by Harts Gun & Optics must be used safely, lawfully, and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
Firearm parts, optics mounts, and related accessories should be installed by a qualified person when appropriate.
